Returns / Refunds / ExchangesWe only refund items if they are incorrectly sent or missing from your order. It MUST be reported within 24 hours of your order being delivered. If any products are damaged when recieved please contact us immediately within 24 hours. Gimmekiss is NOT responsible for any lost items. If you check your tracking number on the package and it says delivered but you did not recieve it, you'll have to take that up with United Postal Service. All items on the site are final sale. NO REFUNDS.

What's your shipping method?USPS Priority Mail ( 3-5 busness days) International Mail (6-10 business days) Processing takes 1-3 business days after order has been plaed and recieved.

How can I check the status of my order?Shortly after placing your order you'll recieve an order confrimation by email stating that your order was successfully completed. Once order has been sent out you'll recieve an tracking number in which you can view the location of your order.
